We had sold a house in the past using a new real estate to the area and we were burnt with “The premium packages” and offered us up to 5% commissions. Please don’t fall for this.
This time around, (with your guards fully up), we walked into Kurri Sylvester’s real estate and made an appointment for someone to come out to see our house, we knew we had a good little house but it was in a challenging location. Mathew came out and talked straight and gave us a REAL sell price. Over the next week we met some of the Sylvester’s team, in the lead up to the first open house. All were very professional and good at their jobs.
The part that really impressed me, I was so scared that, like other real estates they put an open house sign up and anyone just walks through the door.
Mathew had three groups of real buyers turn up and all three groups put offers in and sold the property that day. At the time it seemed all very easy and laid back but because we have sold a number of houses in the past we know better.
